VIRTUAL ADVISING

Open advising hours are on a first come first served basis via Zoom. Students may attend advising one at a time and will be held in a waiting room until admitted by a Graduate Coordinator. In order to help as many students as possible during these open sessions each student will have a maximum time allowed of 10 minutes. So, please have your questions ready.

Students can attend open advising hours during the following times:

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm PST

Join Zoom Meeting: https://ucsd.zoom.us/j/91983218996

Meeting ID: 919 8321 8996

^ Open Advising Sessions are held when possible and can be canceled without notice

If your questions/concerns/comments will take longer than 10 minutes please schedule an advising appointment separately using this form: Advising Appointment Request. Please make appointment requests for at least 2 to 3 business days later than the date of your request. Requests for same-day appointments cannot be accommodated.
